Boneless Honey BBQ Wings Recipe

                     Boneless Honey BBQ Wings Recipe

This is one of my favorite recipes and it is so much cheaper to make these yourself!

What you need

Boneless chicken breast (its up to you how much this recipe is for about a 1 1/2 lbs)
2 Cups Flour
2 eggs
2/3 Cup milk
1 bottle of BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce but you can use any kind you prefer)
1/4 Cup of honey (I buy my honey from The Honey Jar http://www.thehoneyjarhome.com/)
Peanut or veggie oil to fry your wings.  (Use w/e oil your like to use to fry things)

Directions
~Put your oil into a pan and begin to heat.
~You have to cut up your chicken to the desired size.  (This is up to you how ever big or little you want)
~Place eggs and milk into a bowl .
~Put flour in a separate bag or bowl (I use a bag, but a bowl will work too.)
~In a third separate bowl combine honey and BBQ Sauce. (This is for the last step so put this aside for now)

~Take a piece of your now cut chicken and put into the flour, move it around so it becomes completely coated.
~ After it is coated put you chicken into the egg and milk mixture and completely coat it again.
~REPEAT THIS STEP AT LEAST TWICE SO YOUR CHICKEN GETS A GOOD COATING!
~After all your chicken is coated start to drop your pieces into the frying oil.  Make sure to flip it once the bottom is done.
***Make sure your chicken is cooked all the way through.  It should have a nice brown outside and I normally test a piece by cutting into and making sure its all the way cooked.
~When chicken is done frying place on a paper towel covered plate.  This is just to drain extra oil.
~ Next put your chicken into your BBQ and Honey Mixture.
~When you have it coated to your own preference remove and eat :)

I hope you get the chance to enjoy this recipe!
